2.3 Account Security

Section 3: Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposited funds will be credited to the account only after successful verification. Any charges applied by a bank or mobile banking provider on the deposit amount are the user's own responsibility.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed.
3.3 Financial Security

Section 4: Bonus and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
62vip offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳22,000, they will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and their total balance will be ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period, and if not used within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
- Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion; multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
- If fraudulent activity related to bonuses is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- 62vip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
4.4 VIP Program
62vip's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's continued participation on the platform. Cashback is paid out each week in a set billing cycle.
Section 5: Gaming Rules and Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
62vip believes in fair play. All our games are operated by third-party technology providers and outcomes are determined through a fully random process. Any attempt to manipulate a game's outcome will be treated as fraud.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62vip platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
- Coordinating with others to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Once an account is closed, all associated bonuses and active promotions will be cancelled. However, any confirmed winnings and the eligible withdrawable portion of the original deposit will be returned subject to the relevant terms.
